Six evenings. Six invitations. A 90-minute session built around honest, purposeful conversations, facilitator vulnerability, personal challenge, and the same intentional close every week - because consistency is a form of commitment.
Legacy Leadership is not a six-week intervention. It is the entry point to a complete pathway - from purposeful conversation, through Common Ground community, into real economic opportunity with partner employers who have specifically chosen to invest in young men who have done the work.
